A grand formal living room anchored by a carved marble fireplace and arched Palladian windows that flood the space with garden light. Velvet club chairs, collected antiques, and a restrained palette of cream and olive bring warmth to the estate's classical proportions.

A new-construction hilltop home designed around its sweeping Peninsula views. Floor-to-ceiling glass dissolves the boundary between indoors and out, while warm walnut cabinetry, a waterfall-edge island, and textured ceramics keep the open-plan living space grounded and intimate.
